Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, getting a general score of 77.1 against 74.1. Asus ROG Phone's design is newer, but somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Asus ROG Phone features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a little more brightness, a little bit better pixel density, a little bit larger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2160 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has just a little bit longer battery life than Asus ROG Phone, because it has a 4100mAh battery size against 4000mAh. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 takes way better photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light images and worse video frame rates, they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Asus ROG Phone, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, letting go a couple specifications.
