Comparison review
The Google Nexus 6 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, having a score of 81.1 against 74.1. Although it's the best phone in this comparison, Google Nexus 6's design is noticeably older, somewhat thicker and heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Google Nexus 6 has older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
The Google Nexus 6 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Google Nexus 6 features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a little better pixel density, a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a bit bigger display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features longer battery lifetime than Google Nexus 6, because it has a 4100mAh battery capacity against 3220mAh.
The Google Nexus 6 captures slightly better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same aperture, the Google Nexus 6 also has a much better 3840x2160 video quality.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
