Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design has a global score of 80.1, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's 74.1 overall score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it provides a couple nice extra features and better performance. Even though the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design is just a little heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, it's a bit thinner and newer.
The Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design, although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a quite lower pixel density and a quite smaller screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 captures much clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also counts with a camera with a higher 13 megapixels resolution.

Although Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, resigning some features and specs.
