Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 has a score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's 74.1 score. The Huawei Mate 8 design is a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, although it's heavier and was released around a year before. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920px resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also counts with a just a bit better number of pixels per inch of screen.
The Huawei Mate 8 features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Both have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM. Huawei Mate 8 has a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the Huawei Mate 8 also has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features a little longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 4100mAh battery capacity. The Huawei Mate 8 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and a same size aperture, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a higher 16 MP resolution camera and faster video frame rate.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
