Comparison review
Huawei Nova 9 has a general score of 81, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's general score of 74.1. Both devices in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Nova 9 has 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Huawei Nova 9's construction is a lot newer and a little thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's, although it is just a little heavier.
The Huawei Nova 9 counts with a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Nova 9 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has a little more vivid display than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density.
The Huawei Nova 9 captures much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a much higher 50 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a larger diafragm aperture. Huawei Nova 9 counts with a slightly bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Huawei Nova 9 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity instead of 4100mAh.
