Comparison review
The LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's 74.1 overall score. LG G8 ThinQ's construction has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, but it's a little heavier. These phones have Android operating system, but the LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features.
LG G8 ThinQ features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a much higher 1440 x 3120 resolution, a better pixel number in each display inch, a little bigger screen and more display brightness. LG G8 ThinQ features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal storage.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features superior battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
The LG G8 ThinQ captures much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot larger camera aperture and a lot better (4K) video quality.
The LG G8 ThinQ costs a bit more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
