Comparison review
Motorola One Hyper has a score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's 74.1 general score. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola One Hyper has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The Motorola One Hyper construction is notably newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's, but it is a little thicker and somewhat heavier.
Motorola One Hyper counts with a processing unit that is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's processor, both of them have 8 cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a bit sharper screen than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The Motorola One Hyper has a much bigger storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 64 GB more internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a little better battery lifetime than Motorola One Hyper, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Motorola One Hyper counts with a greater camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a back camera with much more mega-pixels, a much better video quality and a larger diafragm aperture for better captures in low light situations.
Although Motorola One Hyper is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
