The OnePlus 8 UW has a general score of 75.9, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's 74.1 overall score. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the OnePlus 8 UW has 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat. OnePlus 8 UW is a notably newer and a little thinner cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, although it is just a bit heavier.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has more RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a just a bit more pixels per screen inch, a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, much more brightness and a larger screen.
The OnePlus 8 UW features a lot better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a back camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and video. So if you need that extra features, you can buy OnePlus 8 UW, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, giving up some features and specifications.
