Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's overall score of 74.1. Even though Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, it's body is thinner and somewhat lighter. These phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and more pixels per display inch. Galaxy S6 Edge has a better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processing unit.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a slightly bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a much lower 1920x1080 video quality, a smaller aperture and a lower resolution back-facing camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 58% bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
