Comparison review
The Galaxy XCover 5 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, with a 78.1 score against 74.1. Both devices we compare here include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy XCover 5 has 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Even though Galaxy XCover 5 is noticeably newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, it is a little heavier and just a little bit thicker.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has a much better looking display than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a bit bigger display, a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a higher screen density. The Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a lot bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 both feature incredibly similar processors, they have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 4100mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a more megapixels camera in the back and a larger aperture to take better low-light photos.
