Comparison review
The Xperia 1 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, getting a general score of 82.6 against 74.1. Xperia 1 is a much newer and just a little bit thinner cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, although it's a bit heavier. Xperia 1 features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 also has more RAM memory.
The Xperia 1 features a better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has less bright screen, it also counts with a bigger display, a much better 1644 x 3840px resolution and a way better screen density. Sony Xperia 1 features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has longer battery lifetime than Xperia 1, because it has a 4100mAh battery capacity. The Xperia 1 features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a way higher video definition and a larger aperture to capture better photos in low light environments.
Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
