The Xperia 1 III is way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, with a 93.3 score against 74.1. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Xperia 1 III's body is notably newer and just a little thinner, but also heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.
