Xiaomi 15 has a global score of 80.6, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's general score of 74.1. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Xiaomi 15 has the older 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Xiaomi 15 is a much newer and a bit thinner phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, although it is heavier.
