Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has an overall score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's 74.1 overall score. These phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has an older 6.0 Marshmallow version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's construction is a little bit thinner but just a bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus count with quite similar processing units, because although the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a screen that's very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 one, because although the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a just a little inferior quantity of pixels per display inch, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a little larger display and a little brighter screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features slightly more memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus captures a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have a 13 MP back-facing camera and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus also has a lot better (4K) video definition.
