Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, having a overall score of 77.2 against 74.1. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, but it is a little heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has newer 8.1 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it gives a lot of extra features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a little higher 1080 x 2280 resolution, a bit bigger screen and a little more brightness.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a slightly bigger memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a 2% bigger battery size.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has a less megapixels camera in the back and a lower video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture.
