The Huawei Mate 20 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, getting a 79.5 score against 71.8. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but Huawei Mate 20 has 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Huawei Mate 20 is a heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, but both have the same thickness.
The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 also has more RAM. Huawei Mate 20 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a little less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bigger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2244.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 20 shoots much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a worse resolution camera, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 video quality and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in low light environments.
