Comparison review
The LG Q70 has a global score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's overall score of 71.8. These devices use Android OS, but the LG Q70 has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. LG Q70's body is much newer and a little thinner, but also somewhat heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X.
The LG Q70 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X both feature really similar displays, because although the LG Q70 has a quite inferior quantity of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2310 pixels resolution and a bigger screen. The LG Q70 counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG Q70 has a processor that is very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's CPU, and although the LG Q70 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X features a bit better battery life than LG Q70, because it has a 2% bigger battery capacity. The LG Q70 has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has a way more mega-pixels back facing camera, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light images and videos and a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
Although LG Q70 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
