The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a general score of 90.6, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's overall score of 71.8. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 body is notably newer and incredibly thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's, although it is also a lot heavier.
