Comparison review
Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's general score of 71.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has the older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even though the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is older and a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, it's design is still just a little bit thinner.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features an incredibly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a way higher pixel number per inch in the display and a way higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM and a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a graphics processing unit.
The Xperia Z5 Premium shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has a much higher 3840x2160 video definition, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos in low-light environments and a back camera with a way higher 23 MP resolution. Xperia Z5 Premium has a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 200 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X counts with longer battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 20 percent more battery size.
Although Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia Z5 Premium, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, giving up a couple specs and features.
