Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, with an 81.2 score against 71.8. Although the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X were released with only 8 months difference, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 body is a little thinner but also somewhat heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, a quite better pixel number per display inch and a little bigger display. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lower 12 megapixels resolution, and they both have a F2 aperture, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also counts with a lot better (4K) video definition.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has improved battery life than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a 21 percent greater battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, giving up some features and specs.
