Comparison review
The Xiaomi Poco M3 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, getting a 78.2 score against 71.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Poco M3 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Xiaomi Poco M3 construction is noticeably newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and Xiaomi Poco M3 both have quite similar screens, because although the Xiaomi Poco M3 has a bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a bigger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and the Xiaomi Poco M3 both feature very similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi Poco M3 has a greater amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has a 6000mAh battery size. The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a larger camera aperture to take better photography and videos in poorly lited situations and a way better resolution camera in the back.
Xiaomi Poco M3 is a little more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
