Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5s has an overall score of 84.9, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 score. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 5s is notably newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 5s has the older 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 5s also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone 5s has a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2448.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s has just a bit more storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5s captures much clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a lot higher video definition, a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in low-light situations and a much higher resolution camera in the back.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s has a really longer battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a 50% more battery capacity.
