Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 7 has an overall score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 global score. Asus ROG Phone 7's construction is notably newer, but notably thicker and incredibly heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 7 has an older 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a lot better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a slightly better screen than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a quite smaller screen, a just a little lower amount of pixels per inch of display and a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 features much more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a way better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video definition and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 7 has a much longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
