Google Pixel 3 has a global score of 80, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's score of 75.8. Even though the Google Pixel 3 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro were released with only 8 months difference, the Google Pixel 3 is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner. Google Pixel 3 counts with a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Google Pixel 3 has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2160, the Google Pixel 3 also counts with a little bit better quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has much more storage to install applications and games than Google Pixel 3, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 128 GB.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a very superior battery life than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
