Comparison review
The HTC One M9 has a general score of 77.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's overall score of 75.8. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS, but HTC One M9 has the older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. HTC One M9 is a notably older and thicker phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, but HTC could make it lighter anyway.
The HTC One M9 counts with a quite superior processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits processor and an extra GPU. HTC One M9 counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite better pixels density.
