The Huawei P10 Plus has a score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 general score. Huawei P10 Plus's design is thinner and just a little lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released around 11 months before. The Huawei P10 Plus features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Huawei P10 Plus counts with just a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560. Huawei P10 Plus features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
The Huawei P10 Plus shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a larger diafragm aperture for better captures and videos in low-light environments and a way better 3840x2160 video resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a bit superior battery performance than Huawei P10 Plus, because it has a 7% bigger battery capacity.
