Huawei Pocket S is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, having a score of 78.2 against 75.8. The Huawei Pocket S works with HarmonyOS 3 OS, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with Android 8.0 Oreo OS. The Huawei Pocket S body is extremely newer and thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's, although it is also a bit heavier.
The Huawei Pocket S features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Pocket S also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei Pocket S counts with a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a larger screen, a higher 1188 x 2790 resolution and a bit more pixels per inch of display.
Huawei Pocket S counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Huawei Pocket S's battery life is very similar to the battery lifetime in Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a slightly better camera than Huawei Pocket S, although it has a lot worse 12 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos.
