Comparison review
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting a score of 79.8 against 75.8. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even though OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has 6 GB more RAM. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a better 1440 x 3120 resolution, a better screen pixels density and a little bigger display.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a way bigger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited situations, a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a way better 3840x2160 video definition. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G feature incredibly similar battery durations.
