The Galaxy A42 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, having a global score of 87 against 75.8. These phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy A42 has older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Galaxy A42 is a a lot newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it's just a little thicker and a little bit heavier.
