The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting a score of 98.1 against 75.8. These devices include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
