The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with an 85.7 score against 75.8. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge body is noticeably lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, even though it was released 3 years before.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bits CPU.
