Xiaomi Mi 8 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting an 83.3 score against 75.8. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 8 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Xiaomi Mi 8 construction is just a bit thinner and just a bit lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although they were released only a couple of months apart.
