Comparison review
The Google Pixel 3a XL is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, with a 78.9 score against 74.4. Google Pixel 3a XL is a a little lighter phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but they have the same thickness. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Google Pixel 3a XL has older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Google Pixel 3a XL's CPU is just as good as the CPU in Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, both have 8 cpu cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Google Pixel 3a XL both feature really similar displays, they have an equal 1080 x 2160px resolution, a screen with the same size and the same screen density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Google Pixel 3a XL has a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light environments, a much higher 3840x2160 video quality and a more MP back camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has just a bit better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
