The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored) is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, getting an 82.2 score against 74.4. Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored)'s construction is way thinner and noticeably lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored) has the older 14 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a way better hardware performance than Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored), although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a better looking display than Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored), because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and more pixels per inch of screen.
Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored) features a much better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored) counts with longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
