HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, having a 77 score against 74.4. The HTC U Ultra is an older cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but HTC was able to make it a little bit thinner and a bit lighter. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a little better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 also has a larger number of cores.

The HTC U Ultra counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution. HTC U Ultra captures better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the HTC U Ultra also has a bigger camera aperture to capture better low light captures and a way better video resolution.

The HTC U Ultra features much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has superior battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery size.
