Comparison review
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a general score of 90.9, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's 74.4 global score. Huawei Mate 40 Pro's construction is a lot newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's, although it's heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a higher 1334 x 2772 resolution, a bit greater quantity of pixels in each screen inch and a quite bigger screen. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage.
