LG G7 One's body is a little bit thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, even though both of them were only released 6 months apart. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the LG G7 One has the older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
