Comparison review
The LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's score of 74.4. These phones use Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version, providing the user some extra features. Although the LG G8 ThinQ is a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, it's a little bit lighter and also newer.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a bit bigger screen, a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a greater pixels count in each inch of screen. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage. The LG G8 ThinQ has a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a way larger aperture for better low-light images and a lot better video resolution.
