The LG G8S ThinQ has a score of 82.5, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's overall score of 74.4. LG G8S ThinQ's construction is newer and just a bit thinner, but a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8S ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
