Comparison review
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, getting a score of 79.8 against 74.4. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G's body is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's, but it's somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a higher screen pixels density, a bit bigger screen and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
