Comparison review
OnePlus 8 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, with a 77.2 score against 74.4. OnePlus 8 Pro's design is way newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's, although it's just a little heavier and just a little thicker. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a bit larger screen, a better pixels density and a better 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has more RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a way better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a much higher (4K) video resolution, a bigger camera aperture for better low light photos and videos and a camera with a lot higher resolution.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a slightly better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a 4510mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
