Comparison review
The Galaxy A70 has a general score of 76.9, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's 74.4 general score. The Galaxy A70 construction is newer and a bit thinner, but a bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but Galaxy A70 has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Galaxy A70 features just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy A70 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy A70 counts with a screen that's very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's screen, because although the Galaxy A70 has a bit lower amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bit bigger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a much better camera than Galaxy A70, although it has a much tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing images or video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates. The Samsung Galaxy A70 has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage.
Galaxy A70 features just a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
