Galaxy M20 has a score of 78.9, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's global score of 74.4. The Galaxy M20 body is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's, but it is just a bit thicker and just a little heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy M20 has an older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M20. Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Galaxy M20 feature similar screens, although the Galaxy M20 also has a little higher pixel count per inch of screen, a bit bigger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.
