Comparison review
The Galaxy Note7 has a score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's 74.4 score. Despite of the fact that Galaxy Note7 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, it's body is just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note7, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 also has a higher number of cores (but slower).
Samsung Galaxy Note7 features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels quantity per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. Galaxy Note7 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have a 12 megapixels resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy Note7 also has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a much bigger diafragm aperture.
The Galaxy Note7 features slightly more storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note7 also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note7, because it has a 14 percent larger battery capacity.
