Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 Premium is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, having a 79.8 score against 74.4. Xperia Z5 Premium's design weights the same than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but it is just a little thinner. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z5 Premium has 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
The Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Xperia Z5 Premium has a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px and much more pixels per inch of screen.
The Xperia Z5 Premium takes way better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photography and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 features more memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports 72 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
