Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a score of 84.3, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's overall score of 74.4. Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 is a newer and much thinner cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but it is noticeably heavier. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has the older 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a much faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 counts with a lot better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a lot larger screen, a bit higher pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 2224 x 2488 pixels.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 shoots greater photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution, a way larger aperture for better photography in low light situations and a lot higher video quality.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
