Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a global score of 80.3, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's 74.4 global score. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 body has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but it's just a bit heavier. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a bit bigger screen, a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 cpu cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 takes way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a camera in the back with lot more megapixels, better 120 frames per second video frame rate and a larger camera aperture for better low-light photos and video.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 256 GB and more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's battery duration is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 one.
