Asus ROG Phone 8 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, getting a 79.5 score against 77.2. Asus ROG Phone 8 is a much newer phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it is a little bit thicker and heavier. These phones work with Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has the older 14 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a much faster processor than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a little worse number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite larger display, a much brighter screen and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a way better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a 5500mAh battery size.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 takes way better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also has a camera with lot more mega-pixels, a way bigger sensor taking way higher quality photos and videos and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution.
