HTC U23 Pro has a global score of 77.8, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's overall score of 77.2. Even though HTC U23 Pro is noticeably newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, it's heavier and just a little thicker. Both of these phones have Android OS, but HTC U23 Pro has an older 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
