Comparison review
Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, getting a 78.7 score against 77.2. Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, it's construction is a little lighter and a little bit thinner. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has the older 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a better screen density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has just a bit bigger memory for applications and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processor and a 6 GB RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture and a smaller sensor providing a lower image quality, and they both have a back facing camera with a 12 MP resolution, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also counts with a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
